To recover forgotten login credentials for your Kawa carrier app, click on “Forgot Password” on the login screen.
- Provide the email address you used upon creating a carrier account with Kawa. If you cannot remember the email address used, kindly contact Kawa support team via support@kawa.ng
- You’ll receive a reset password email on the provided email, containing a 6-digit OTP code.
- The OTP code expires 10 minutes after receiving it.
- Input the OTP code from the email.
- Then set a new password.
- You’re all set and can now log in with your updated credentials.
