Coverage area refers to the geographical or spatial area that a particular service, network, or system can reach or serve effectively.
- To set up your coverage area, go to the settings of your carrier dashboard.
- Select the state where you operate. The states provided are Federal Capital Territory, Oyo state, Rivers state, and Lagos state. This field is not editable once you select your operating states. So, if you decide to change your operating state, you would have to contact the Kawa support team.
- After selecting a state from the drop-down menu, you can now add the areas/locations you cover in that state.
