Firstly, download the Kawa app on playstore
- Register on Kawa and login into your account.
- Click on ‘Create Request’ on the top left corner of your individual dashboard.
- Choose either ‘Send’ or ‘Receive’ depending on your need.
- Follow the prompts accordingly, and fill out the details as displayed.
- Choose a carrier that fits your item category and price budget.
- Confirm all inputted details on the summary page and make payments.
